In order to give quality care to each patient, it is necessary to schedule appointments. By scheduling appointments, each patient will be assured of adequate time with their physician. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours in advance.

When your insurance company requires you to have a referral for a procedure or to see another physician, please call our office at (314) 543-5984 and ask for the Referral Department (please note, that we request 5 days advanced notice to fulfill referral requests) For your convenience, most referrals can be handled over the phone and we will fax your referral to the appropriate physician.

Note: Please remember it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate referral authorization from our office before seeing a specialist.
