Do I pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?

How can I get a prescription refilled?

Generally, prescription refills will be provided only during office hours when your records are available for the doctor to review. This is for your protection. Prescriptions that are for mail-order pharmacies should be requested well in advance of your refill date to allow adequate time for you to receive them. You can also have your pharmacy call our office for a refill authorization. Controlled substances are never refilled by phone.

We will notify you of your test results either by phone or mail when the results are available. Please contact us if you have not received the results of your tests within one week (7 days) of having the test performed to insure that we have received your test results from the hospital or reference laboratory.

What happens if my insurance company does not pay my bill?
